Returns/Exchanges

Due to the intimate nature of yoni eggs, returns will not be accepted.

Damaged yoni eggs and other yoni gemstones will be replaced free of charge (we do require that you send the damaged items back; we will provide a pre-paid shipping label).

Please inspect your shipment promptly (we recommend not ordering if you will be out-of-town) we require you contact us with in 7 days of confirmed delivery about any damaged items. Contact after 7 days voids our exchange policy. Once you have received exchange authorization, you will have 7 days to return the items back to us for exchange.

Pictures are required of the damaged items via email. Please send clear pictures in good lighting.

Our sizes are different than other yoni egg sellers, there is no standard size yoni egg among sellers. Returns will not be accepted for size differences, please do not compare our sizes with other sellers.

Tiny surface nicks may be present on some of our yoni eggs (mostly the quartz family) and we do not accept returns for these items as it's part of the natural formation of the gemstone. Please familiarize yourself with gemstones, their differences (color variations, textures, polishes, etc), MOHS scale, etc. before ordering.

Product Disclaimer:

Due to the nature of natural gemstones, each yoni egg will be different in color and patterns; please refer to the group pic for a general idea on what the variations are in gemstones. Occasionally, yoni eggs may have natural external blemishes called inclusions; these ever so tiny surface nicks may be present on some yoni eggs, ben wa balls or massage tools. Please remember that these are natural gemstones, not man-made materials like plastic or silicone, are made by hand with no enhancements (fillers or resin) or alterations. These are perfectly normal and to be expected on some stones.

Anyone can sell yoni eggs and claim they are authentic, certified, grade-a, etc. With out a proper certification from a trusted company, you can't be sure if your yoni eggs are truly authentic though.

Many companies selling jade eggs (and other yoni eggs) claim (or make you think) they are selling certified yoni eggs. We've seen "certifications" simply printed on business cards with nothing more than promising text claiming they are selling authentic jade/yoni eggs. This is not a certification. We've also seen fake nephrite jade certifications claiming the stone is nephrite, but the species is jadeite (this is not possible, it's either or, but can't be both).

We pay a lot of money to get legit certifications and are proud to offer GIA Certified Nephrite Jade and other certified yoni eggs.

GIA, Gemological Institute of America was established in 1931, GIA is the world’s foremost authority on diamonds, colored stones, and pearls. A public benefit, nonprofit institute, GIA is the leading source of knowledge, standards, and education in gems and jewelry. Check out their website for more information.

All of our yoni eggs are certified by GIA. As our customer, we are happy to extend the use of our certifications to use for your business and give your customers assurance that the yoni eggs they are buying are of the highest quality, authentic Gemstone.

We offer three sizes: large, medium and small yoni eggs (drilled and undrilled available as well).

We are happy to assist you with further questions and ordering assistance. Please feel free to contact us for more information.
